How a project runs

  1. 01

    Feed water analysis

A site visit and a water test, so the plant is configured for the water you actually have rather than a standard assumption.

  2. 02

    Plant sizing and quotation

Sizing against your daily draw, then a quote covering the pump, membranes, filters and panel matched to that configuration.

  3. 03

    Fabrication and installation

Installation, piping and wiring on site. Your side is a ready water point and an electrical connection — the rest is handled during the build.

  4. 04

    Commissioning and handover

Trial run, output testing and handover. Most setups take a few days from the first visit to a working plant, depending on how ready the site is.

  5. 05

    Consumables and service

Membranes, cartridges and dosing chemicals afterwards, with preventive visits or an AMC if you want the plant looked after on a schedule.

Typically installed for

Bhiwadi · Alwar, Rajasthan

Groundwater around Bhiwadi tends to be hard and loaded with dissolved solids, which is why most units in the RIICO belt end up putting in an RO plant at some point. We install complete systems built from proven, industry-standard components, sized and configured to match the site's actual water source and usage — anything from a small single-line unit up to a full production facility.

What goes into an RO plant

A complete system, with each part doing one job:

  • A raw water pump that draws water in from your source
  • Sand and carbon filters that strip out sediment and chlorine before the water reaches the membranes
  • The RO membranes themselves — the part that actually pulls out the dissolved solids
  • A control panel that runs the whole system
  • Piping that ties everything together
  • A dosing system, if your water needs extra protection against scaling

It is the same core system used across most industrial RO plants in the area. What changes is getting the sizing, the component quality and the setup right for your specific water and usage.

Support after the plant is running

Ongoing support is available once the plant is in. This is optional — it is not built into the base installation:

  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
  • Membrane cleaning and replacement when needed
  • Regular output water testing
  • Spare parts support — pumps, filters, membranes
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering all of the above on a set schedule

Tell us what level of support you want at the time of installation, so it can be set up from day one.

FAQs

Common questions

Common questions about RO Plant Setup. If yours is not here, send us an enquiry.

What does an industrial RO plant setup include?

A raw water pump, sand and carbon pre-filters, the RO membranes and their housings, a control panel, and the piping that ties it all together — plus a dosing system where the feed water needs extra protection against scaling. Installation, wiring, trial run and commissioning are part of the setup.

Is Bhiwadi's groundwater safe to use without treatment?

Generally no. Groundwater across Bhiwadi and the surrounding industrial areas tends to be hard and high in dissolved solids, so most manufacturing and processing units treat it before it goes into a process or a product.

What do you need from me before an RO plant is installed?

To size the plant: your daily water demand in litres, the space available, what the water is used for, and a raw water analysis — if you do not have one, we take a sample during the site visit and test it. At site: a water source point and an electrical connection. The pump, filters, membranes, panel and piping are all supplied and set up during installation.

How long does it take to install an RO plant?

From the first site visit to a working plant it is usually a few days, depending on plant capacity and how ready the site already is. Equipment delivery is the main variable on larger systems.

Do you provide maintenance and AMC after the RO plant is installed?

Yes, as an optional service on top of the installation. It covers scheduled preventive visits, membrane cleaning and replacement, regular output water testing, and spare parts — available on call or under an Annual Maintenance Contract.

Do you provide RO plant setup in Bhiwadi and nearby industrial areas?

Yes. We provide complete RO plant setup services across RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Chopanki, Khushkhera, Tapukara, Karoli, Neemrana, Bawal, Dharuhera, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Bilaspur, Ghiloth, Kharkhoda, Sonipat and Manesar.
