Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us. Last updated 30 July 2026.

Who we are

This policy covers Daksha Enterprises (2/368 Sector 2A, U.I.T. Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India – 301019), and the website you are on. It explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do — and don’t do — with it afterwards.

We are a supplier of industrial water treatment chemicals and equipment, not a technology company, so the information we handle is limited to what a genuine buying enquiry needs: your name and a way to reach you back.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways.

Through the enquiry form. When you submit the form on the Contact page or on a product page, we receive your name, company name, phone number, email address, the product or category you asked about, the quantity you need, and any message you typed in. Only name, phone and email are required — the rest is optional.

When you contact us directly. If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead of using the form, we receive whatever your phone or messaging app shares — typically your number, name (if saved in your profile) and the content of the conversation.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts to follow visitors around this site, and we do not ask for payment or government ID details anywhere on it.

How we use your information

We use what you send us only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry with a specification and a price.
  • Call, WhatsApp or email you back if you asked us to.
  • Prepare quotations, order paperwork and delivery once you decide to buy.
  • Keep a record of past enquiries and orders so we can support you if you get in touch again.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only where it is needed to run the site or answer your enquiry:

  • Resend, our email delivery provider, carries the enquiry form submission from this website into our inbox.
  • Vercel hosts the website and, like any host, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and uptime — this is infrastructure-level logging, not something we query for marketing.
  • WhatsApp, when you message us through it, is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy for the conversation itself.

Our product catalogue is managed in Sanity, a content platform — it stores product and page content, not enquiry or customer data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid request from an Indian government or regulatory authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may still hold strictly technical data needed to load the page correctly, but no separate consent banner is presented because nothing beyond that is collected. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in future — we will update this policy first.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and order details for as long as needed to answer you, fulfil an order, and meet our own accounting and tax record requirements under Indian law. If you ask us to delete your details and no order or statutory record depends on them, we will do so.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as a matter of how we operate generally, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your details, subject to what we are legally required to keep.
  • Stop contacting you about a past enquiry.

To exercise any of these, write to info@daksha-enterprises.com. We will respond from the same address you used to reach us.

Children's privacy

This site is built for industrial and commercial buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and revise the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
