An ETP treats industrial effluent generated during manufacturing — process water carrying chemical load, oil, pigment or colour. Everything electro-mechanical — screens, pumps, dosing systems, DAF, blowers, clarifier internals, filters, sludge dewatering, piping, instruments and the control panel — is designed, supplied, erected and commissioned by us.

Equipment supply typically runs ten to twelve weeks from the order, erection begins a week or two after material reaches site, and commissioning follows once effluent and power are available. The civil tanks are built in parallel on your side, so a site that starts its RCC work early is usually the one that commissions first.

Yes. A biological plant needs feeding and watching, so we supply the monthly chemical programme — lime, alum or PAC, polyelectrolyte, chlorine and nutrients — along with outlet testing, media and spares, sludge handling support, and O&M or an Annual Maintenance Contract. Equipment carries a twelve-month warranty from supply.

Four figures decide it: your circulating water flow in cubic metres an hour, the temperature drop you need across the tower, the wet bulb temperature at site, and the approach — how close to wet bulb the cold water has to get. Usually around two weeks from confirmation of the order to delivery at site, with installation carried out straight after. A prepared foundation and a clear approach for the vehicle are what keep that timeline.

A tower cools by evaporation, so the dissolved solids left behind concentrate in the loop cycle after cycle. Without treatment that shows up as scale on the fill and the heat exchange surfaces, corrosion in the pipework, and algae and bacterial growth in the basin — all of which cut cooling efficiency. An antiscalant, biocide and pH programme holds the loop in range.

Often yes. Fill media, drift eliminators, spray nozzles, fans and motors can all be replaced on an existing tower, which restores much of the lost performance at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Whether it is worth doing depends on the condition of the FRP body and the basin.
